Sunrise Smoothie

smoothie with coconut water, pineapple, strawberries, mango, delicious smoothie, healthy smoothie, Vita cocoI’m so excited to tell you that we are going to Miami with kids next month!!! With our getaway just a few weeks away, I’ve been trying to cut down on sweets (and if you know how much I like macarons & ice cream, you can understand that it’s not easy)). I started making delicious smoothies almost every day and they are life savers because they always satisfy my sweet tooth.

When I make smoothies, I don’t really follow any recipe, I just throw whatever fruit/berries I have on hand in a blender, add coconut water or yogurt and call it a day. This mango/ pineapple/ strawberries combo has to be my absolutely favorite! It tastes like a vacation in a glass and these colors remind of of gorgeous sunrise!

This smoothie has a coconut water base (Vita Coco is my #1 choice) and it’s packed with nutrients that yield an array of health benefits.
