Ok Monday, let’s do this!!!
When Eli was born (can’t believe it’s been 5 months already!), I couldn’t wait to get back in shape, which is harder after having a c-section. I was trying to exercise at home but wasn’t really motivated to do it by myself.
Now that’s my big boy Ethan is at preschool and Eli started following his sleeping routine, I can finally escape from the house for an hour or so and go to the gym -especially when it’s only 3 minutes from our home! I’m getting back in the groove of filling my schedule with classes. I finally found amazing body attack, body combat and body flow classes that I absolutely love -it’s great to mix work outs. My goal this year is to stop making any excuses when it comes to exercising and concentrate more on healthy eating.
